Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate client implementation processes, the temporary Implementation Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, validate project data, and maintain project tracking records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding project backlog
• Validate project data with customers and partner installers to ensure accurate details and status
• Define actionable next steps for projects while managing relevant stakeholders across teams

Required qualifications

• Up to 1+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role
• Foundational understanding of Project Management fundamentals
• Prior experience working with email platforms and SFDC
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering results and working towards targets
