Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple concurrent implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage end-to-end projects for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, ensuring customer success from kickoff through go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple WMS and TMS implementation projects, maintaining detailed project plans and timelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading kickoff meetings and providing proactive communication on project progress
• Collaborate with technical teams to support successful deployments and troubleshoot implementation challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing software delivery
• Proven experience managing multiple complex customer implementation projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and risk management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality with a high level of accountability and initiative
