Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence during the final phase of client implementations, the remote Implementation Project Manager will manage internal stakeholder relationships, oversee the transition from implementation to ongoing administration, and provide high-quality client support post go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations, including go-live and post go-live activities
• Manage timelines and internal operations, keeping executive leadership informed about project governance and execution
• Lead key internal meetings and ensure all required documentation is completed and understood by receiving teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of project management, implementation, or client relationship management experience in benefits administration
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges with innovative solutions
• High level of productivity, reliability, and organizational skills
