Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple technical implementation projects for new and existing clients, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will coordinate activities across internal teams, conduct kickoff meetings, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through go-live
• Conduct customer-facing kickoff meetings to align on goals, timelines, and implementation expectations
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide effective troubleshooting for product-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of APIs, HRIS integrations, and interface design principles
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities
• 5+ years of customer service or account management experience
