Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will coordinate hardware installation and software implementation projects remotely, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process by coordinating with customers and installers, ensuring all project details are accurate and up-to-date
• Define actionable next steps for customers while aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams
• Maintain project tracking records and forecast completion timeframes, prioritizing work queues to ensure smooth progress

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in project management, customer success, or as a project coordinator
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience with email platforms and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for optimizing efficiency
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills
