Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

To support client success, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage the execution of complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions while collaborating with sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective client interactions
• Manage large-scale projects, including stakeholder management and financial tracking, while leading project teams in monitoring costs and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, issue resolution, and facilitating communication among internal and external teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience managing large, complex projects
• Experience in a training or consulting firm focused on people performance improvement
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in Smartsheets and Salesforce preferred
