Leading end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will drive timelines, coordination, and successful activation across clinical, IT, integration, and operational stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
- Coordinate collection and validation of required technical inputs and monitor integration progress
- Build trusted relationships with clinical and operational leaders, guiding them through workflow adoption and change management
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments, including clinical operations and IT workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
