Implementation Senior Associate

Job Summary

Leading ArcCharting implementations, the full-time Implementation Senior Associate will manage the entire lifecycle from discovery to final sign-off, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met while coordinating testing and development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ArcCharting implementations, overseeing all phases from discovery through to final sign-off
• Gather client specifications and develop comprehensive discovery documentation to define project requirements
• Coordinate testing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles throughout the implementation lifecycle, including project coordination and testing
• Experience in SaaS software implementation or related environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for reviewing and manipulating charts or graphic files
• Working knowledge of XML and related charting configuration files
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
