Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Guiding Clubs through their transition to MyClubHub, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage implementation plans, conduct user training, and provide ongoing client support to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate client meetings to set expectations and communicate process requirements for Clubs
- Develop and facilitate training modules for youth development professionals and managers
- Respond to and resolve product or service issues while building sustainable relationships with Clubs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, implementation, and/or support
- 2 years of Salesforce experience
- Certified Salesforce Admin, or willingness to gain certification after employment
- Solid understanding of relational databases and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
