Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the customer onboarding experience from kickoff through launch, the full-time Implementation Specialist will work remotely to configure Distill for clients, build their initial projects, and ensure they quickly see value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer implementations from kickoff to successful launch
- Configure Distill according to each customer's business goals and workflows
- Create playbooks and best practices to enhance future implementations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience onboarding SaaS customers from kickoff through go-live
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and analytical skills to solve ambiguous problems
