Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading clients through their ELC onboarding journey, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring successful platform adoption and value realization while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding timeline for multiple customer implementations, facilitating kickoff meetings and managing go-live dates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, translating their goals into implementation scope and providing regular status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical issues and manage project scope to protect implementation timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, customer success, or implementation roles, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira and spreadsheets
• Problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges and collaborates effectively across teams
