Job Summary
Assisting external clients with technical systems and software implementations, the full-time Implementation Specialist III will evaluate client needs, develop configurations, and provide training and support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in implementing technical systems, software, or solutions
- Evaluate client needs, develop configurations, and execute delivery and implementation plans
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 4+ years of experience in the field or a related area
