Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Bringing a builder mindset to client configurations, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementations of payroll tax products, ensuring successful adoption through training, configuration, and support for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive client implementations by applying product expertise to build accurate configurations
• Deliver training sessions and presentations to empower clients in using and maintaining the payroll tax solution
• Manage all stages of implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing
• 2+ years in a dedicated account ownership service model
• Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• CPP, FPC, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
