Key Responsibilities
- Guide automotive dealership customers through the setup of service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools
- Lead discovery sessions to understand dealership workflows, operational processes, and existing technology
- Confirm required devices and technical infrastructure are in place before implementation or training begins
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, or customer onboarding
- Experience in automotive, Software as a Service (SaaS), or technology-enabled service environments
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements
- Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple implementations and deadlines
- Comfortable using business tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
