Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the successful deployment of new platforms and processes, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will coordinate implementation activities, manage cross-functional partnerships, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates implementation activities from readiness and launch through stabilization and transition to ongoing operations
• Partners with business and technical teams to align implementation plans, milestones, and responsibilities
• Monitors project progress, identifies risks and dependencies, and facilitates issue resolution to ensure successful rollouts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 4+ years of related experience in implementation, program management, or business operations
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple business and technical teams
• Familiarity with enterprise technology and large-scale implementation activities preferred
• Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
