Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Specialist will extract data from customer documentation and translate it into accurate system configurations to support payments to clinical trial participants.
Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret global customer documentation related to study activities, including contracts and budgets
- Identify quality risks and apply best practices to configure customer data into study activities
- Collaborate with business partners to verify study requirements and adhere to auditing procedures
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, preferably with contract management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional time management abilities
- A mindset focused on quality and risk mitigation to enhance client, site, and patient experiences
