Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Implementation Specialist will manage customer onboarding processes, including communication, documentation, setup, installation, and billing activation to ensure successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Complete tasks related to customer installations and product configurations based on client specifications
• Provide client support throughout the installation process and coordinate training with customers and Implementation Trainers
• Maintain internal documentation of installation tasks and client communication within Salesforce

Required qualifications

• Prior automotive and/or implementation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
