Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing client transitions to the Ncontracts product suite, the full-time Implementation Specialist will leverage best practices to ensure successful onboarding, provide consultative guidance, and maintain project status in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client transitions and manage project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones
• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert, building strong relationships and conducting training sessions
• Analyze client needs and recommend solutions while collaborating with team members to enhance the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
• Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or Lending Compliance preferred
• Knowledge of Ncontracts' solutions is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
