Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing client installations, the full-time Implementation Specialist will oversee project timelines, analyze data, ensure documentation standards, and facilitate client communication in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation tasks to the highest standards
• Utilize analytical skills to identify obstacles in the client onboarding process and assist in documentation and testing
• Communicate professionally with clients to discuss data needs, provide updates, and guide the installation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on Health Insurance or Administration preferred
• 3+ years' experience with Health Insurance claim data or in a related industry preferred
• 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in system or product configuration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics is strongly desired
