Job Summary
Leading client software implementations from kickoff through launch, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage execution, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful software setup and optimization for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client software implementations, managing timelines and deliverables while translating client goals into implementation plans
- Oversee the setup and configuration of software tools, testing for accuracy and troubleshooting issues throughout the client lifecycle
- Document client feedback and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams to inform continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical customer support, or a similar role
- Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-first mindset focused on high-quality implementation experiences
- Familiarity with APIs and technical concepts to support client integration workflows
