Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the customer's journey from kickoff through training completion, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage system implementation and integration, configure MarketMan, and deliver tailored training for clients primarily using Square, while also supporting other POS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing implementation and training plans with clear milestones and success criteria
• Configure MarketMan and oversee POS and API integrations, ensuring accurate data processing and issue resolution
• Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to customer operations and monitor usage to identify adoption gaps and churn risks

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer training, or a similar technical customer-facing role
• Demonstrated comfort with data integrations and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training non-technical users
• Solid project management ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
