Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary bank-facing owner for assigned functional implementation workstreams, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage project scope, guide banks through conversion processes, and ensure readiness for training and operational transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for banks, connecting them with specialists and maintaining continuity throughout the implementation process
• Confirm project scope, introduce the specialist team, and clarify bank responsibilities and key dependencies
• Coordinate training, testing, and go-live support activities while tracking unresolved post-conversion items for a smooth transition to Customer Experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree
• Knowledge and/or experience in banking operations required
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Preferred experience in team and/or project management
