Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary bank-facing owner for assigned functional implementation workstreams, the full-time Implementation Specialist will coordinate specialists, manage project scope, and drive readiness for training and operational transitions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring continuity and communication with the bank and specialists
• Confirm project scope and guide the bank through the conversion approach, including responsibilities and timelines
• Coordinate training, testing, and go-live support activities while tracking post-conversion items and ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree
• At least two years of relevant work experience in banking operations
• Preferred experience in team and/or project management
• Strong mathematical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
