Implementation Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing administrative and operational support for pharmacy benefit implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Support Analyst will capture benefit design details, maintain information in the Plan Intent Tool, and organize implementation inputs to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in capturing and documenting client-specific benefit design requirements for implementation
• Manage implementation activities for product upsells, ensuring timely completion of operational setup tasks
• Support internal stakeholders by organizing information, tracking open items, and providing status updates on administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Two to three years of experience in pharmacy benefits or healthcare operations with knowledge of PBM plan design logic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management techniques and processes for managing tasks and timelines
