Implementation Support Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Implementation Support Specialist will manage client engagement, project coordination, and system deployment while providing exceptional support throughout the implementation process in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, understanding their requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
• Conduct training sessions for clients' staff to ensure proficiency in using the deployed systems, providing ongoing support as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or two or more years of related experience and/or training
• Preferred experience in software development, SQL, and/or testing
• Familiarity with a ticketing system
• Experience with Windows server and installing, configuring, and imaging Windows desktops
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
