Implementations Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the technical configuration and integration of AutoFi's products for Dealer Partner implementations, the full-time Implementations Configuration Specialist will ensure accurate translations of requirements into functional solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration and integration of AutoFi's products for assigned Dealer Partner implementations, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into functional, launch-ready solutions
• Manage a concurrent workload of approximately 13-20 implementations, balancing competing priorities and deadlines to meet committed launch timelines
• Serve as a technical point of contact for Dealer Partners and third-party vendors, gathering requirements, providing configuration guidance, and troubleshooting implementation issues

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, or related implementation activities
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience using API testing tools, such as Postman, to validate responses and investigate integration issues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent assignments
• Experience working with third-party integrations or cross-functional implementation teams preferred
