Job Summary
Leading client projects from handover to go-live, the full-time remote Implementations Project Manager will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors while managing project scope, timelines, and risks in a fast-paced payments environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects through client onboarding and go-live, coordinating kick-off meetings and establishing objectives
- Manage day-to-day communication between clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope and timelines
- Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating blockers as needed to maintain progress
Required qualifications
- Solid experience managing projects in card payments or processing environments
- Understanding of card issuing, card schemes, and the payments ecosystem
- Strong planning and scoping skills with the ability to clarify project boundaries
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
