Import Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting high-priority client issues in a fully remote capacity, the Release Import Analyst will manage urgent resolutions and critical service escalations while ensuring compliance with customs release standards, with flexible hours available from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing entries on time and within service standards, ensuring client satisfaction
- Verify documentation accuracy and coordinate with clients for missing information
- Conduct internal audits and compile performance measurement statistics for the Client Service Team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and data entry
- Demonstrated knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while managing large volumes of work
