Import Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Client Import Analyst working remotely, the successful candidate will manage client relationships, ensure timely release of shipments, and maintain tariff databases while supporting compliance and operational activities in international trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers, providing daily support and communication
• Ensure accurate and timely release of shipments, including auditing work completed by junior team members
• Create and maintain client tariff databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for efficient processing

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in import/export processes
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; preferred Associates Degree or post-secondary education
• Strong entry writing experience in customs documentation
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in maintaining compliance with customs regulations and procedures
