Import/Export Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Import/Export Analyst will manage inbound freight operations and trade compliance activities for an export-oriented manufacturing site, ensuring Customs compliance and driving process automation while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage license-related activities and ensure compliance with Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations
- Prepare and submit necessary permits for inbound shipments, ensuring accurate customs and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate end-to-end inbound shipment logistics, including documentation review and customs clearance alignment
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customs operations, import/export documentation, and international trade
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in managing complex import/export transactions and compliance issues
- Strong knowledge of LMW regulations and Malaysian Customs requirements
- Experience with automation and digital tools to improve processes
