Import Export Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal and external partners, the full-time Import Export Specialist will manage logistics processes for international shipments, ensuring timely movement of goods while working remotely from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to limit costs and risks in the supply chain while driving process improvements
• Manage relationships with import/export vendors and conduct periodic vendor reviews
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for international logistics processes and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics with port terminals and carriers
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven experience in relationship building and facilitation skills
• Strong communication skills
