Coordinating sourcing, import, compliance, and logistics activities for custom promotional product programs, the full-time remote Import Project Manager will manage projects from initial request through final delivery while ensuring timely execution and adherence to requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of assigned import projects, including sourcing, production, and delivery
- Develop project plans and timelines, driving follow-through and escalating risks as needed
- Coordinate compliance requirements and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in import project management, sourcing, supply chain, or logistics
- Demonstrated experience managing sourcing activities and supplier communications
- Experience with product compliance testing and documentation
- Working knowledge of international logistics and shipping documentation
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international business, or a related field
