Job Summary
Supporting trade compliance activities for North America, the part-time Import Trade Compliance Analyst will provide daily compliance assistance to various teams, ensuring adherence to U.S. import regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily trade compliance support to Customer Service, Sales, and other teams regarding U.S. import regulations
- Develop, document, and maintain desk-level procedures within the Trade Compliance function
- Analyze import activities to identify risks and implement improved compliance processes and controls
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or a minimum of one year of experience in international trade compliance or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is preferred
- Formal Import/Export Compliance training or certifications are preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
