In-Home Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the logistics of a network of per diem Respiratory Therapists, the full-time In-Home Program Manager will ensure efficient scheduling, timely patient visits, and strong collaboration with the Sales team and referral partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the in-home PAP setup and follow-up program, ensuring timely service delivery and efficient logistics
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing communication with per diem Respiratory Therapists to meet program demands
• Establish and maintain communication with the Sales team and referral partners to address service concerns and improve program performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, durable medical equipment, or a related healthcare environment
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules and manage a geographically distributed workforce
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with healthcare or scheduling systems
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on accountability and relationship management
