Job Summary
To support a growing clinical operations team, the full-time In-House Clinical Research Associate will manage data entry into the clinical trials management system, assist with regulatory document collection, and ensure compliance with study protocols while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, track, and review investigational site records related to subject screening and enrollment
- Maintain the clinical trials management system (CTMS) and assist in the development of study plans and status reports
- Interact with sites, clients, and internal study team members to ensure proper monitoring activities are supported
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a life science, nursing, or pharmacy field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the clinical research process and ICH GCP guidelines
- Desire to grow into a traveling Clinical Research Associate role
- Strong communication skills for presenting work successes
