Job Summary
Supporting a global channel and partnerships business, the full-time remote In-House Senior Counsel will lead the structuring and negotiation of complex partner agreements while collaborating closely with various business units to develop scalable contracting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex global partner and indirect distribution agreements
- Negotiate consulting services agreements and subcontracts with systems integrators and service provider partners
- Advise leadership on deal structure, negotiation strategy, legal risk, and commercial solutions
Required qualifications
- Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience at a technology company
- Substantial experience in supporting technology partnerships and channel transactions
- Strong understanding of self-managed software and SaaS commercial models
- Excellent judgment and business orientation with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical advice
