Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Contacts Beneficiary Service Representative (TRICARE Plans).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and timely resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
  • Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately and promptly
  • Prioritize workload to manage incoming calls and maintain schedules

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
  • Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and using various computer applications
  • Ability to work from a dedicated, uninterrupted space to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
