Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Contacts Beneficiary Service Representative (TRICARE Plans).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and timely resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
- Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately and promptly
- Prioritize workload to manage incoming calls and maintain schedules
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
- Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and using various computer applications
- Ability to work from a dedicated, uninterrupted space to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
