Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Inquiries: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Resolve Issues: Provide solutions to customer problems, including troubleshooting technical issues
  • Follow Up: Ensure unresolved issues are escalated appropriately and follow up with customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer service role for a B2B SaaS company
  • Willingness to work Pacific Standard Time hours
  • Beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Slack is a plus
