Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, consult on advertising solutions, and strengthen revenue retention while working remotely from the Western region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers on ad performance metrics while logged into an inbound phone queue
