Incentive Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Incentive Compensation Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage the calculation, administration, and enhancement of incentive compensation programs while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely commission processes.
Key responsibilities
- Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management, HR, and Finance teams
- Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation for incentive compensation administration
- Assist with the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool to streamline processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Advanced Excel skills in modeling and complex formulas
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and calculation processes
- Preferred experience with Commission Calculation Software (CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
