Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of systems projects, the full-time Incident Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of systems projects, defining scope, milestones, and success measures
- Analyze current-state workflows and data flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Provide tiered support and issue triage, investigating root causes and coordinating resolutions with technical teams
Required qualifications
