Job Summary
Joining the Security Operations Center as a full-time Incident Responder I, the candidate will monitor and respond to security alerts, verify automated conclusions, and contribute to the improvement of detection processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to alerts from security platforms, confirming or escalating automated verdicts
- Investigate inconclusive cases and document outcomes to enhance automation capabilities
- Contribute to detection improvements and participate in post-incident reviews to refine security measures
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of education or training in a security-related field or equivalent IT experience
- Working knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and cloud service models
- Basic understanding of cyberattacks and familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Comfort with automation and ability to assess automated investigation summaries
- Availability for shift rotation as part of a 24/7 operation
