Incident Response Analyst

Job Summary

Investigating security incidents, the full-time remote Incident Response Analyst I will triage alerts, analyze phishing attempts, and document findings while contributing to the implementation of preventative security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and investigate security alerts and incidents across various telemetry sources
• Analyze phishing and malicious emails to determine their disposition
• Document investigation steps and findings in the case management system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of related experience in incident response or security
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure technologies
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of indicators of compromise (IOCs) and threat actor tactics
