Incident Response Security Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of modern security processes and tooling, the full-time remote Incident Response Security Engineer will develop incident management processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain security logging platforms to enhance detection and response capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop processes, tooling, and automation to scale incident management response and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with security functions and engineering teams to identify detection use cases and automation
• Handle information security events and incidents across products and services

Required qualifications

• Background in product security, red teaming, penetration testing, or threat modeling with incident detection experience
• Strong knowledge of one or more cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Significant development and automation experience, preferably in Golang and Python
• Experience securing large-scale customer-facing cloud infrastructures
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
