Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager
Job Summary
To support and expand small business engagement and inclusion initiatives, the full-time Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager will manage partnerships, coordinate events, and develop mentorship programs in a hybrid working environment with some regional travel expected.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with small businesses, clients, and community organizations
- Manage the planning and execution of Partnership 360 events and small business engagement programs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the AEC industry or related fields
- Experience managing programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of small business, supplier diversity, and mentorship programs
- Demonstrated experience in business development or strategic partnership initiatives
- Competent critical thinking skills with a focus on optimal outcomes
