Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and expanding small business engagement initiatives, the full-time Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager will lead partnership programs, coordinate events, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid work environment with some regional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inclusive business partnership initiatives to support small business engagement and mentorship programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, clients, and community organizations to create partnership opportunities
• Manage the planning and execution of events focused on small business engagement and inclusion

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the AEC industry, transportation sector, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of small business, supplier diversity, and capacity-building programs
• Experience in business development or community engagement initiatives
• Competent critical thinking skills with a focus on optimal outcomes
