Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Supporting and expanding small business engagement initiatives, the full-time Inclusive Business Partnerships Manager will lead partnership programs, coordinate events, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid work environment with some regional travel expected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region, focusing on small business engagement and mentorship programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, clients, and community organizations to create meaningful partnerships
• Manage the planning and execution of Partnership 360 events and other small business engagement programs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the AEC industry, transportation sector, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong understanding of small business, supplier diversity, and mentorship programs
• Experience supporting business development and community engagement initiatives
• Proficient in utilizing compliance and contractor management systems
