Incubation Management Lead
Job Summary
Owning the launch readiness for customer experience initiatives, the full-time remote Incubation Management Lead will develop and manage readiness plans for new products and market types, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the CX readiness plan for every new product, market type, and geography launch
- Embed with Product teams to identify support needs and ensure CX requirements are integrated during planning
- Manage pilot support pods, including staffing and operations, during the incubation period of new launches
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in support operations, program management, or product operations with ownership of launch readiness
- Experience launching new products or market types from the support side, including developing SOPs and training
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes where none exist
- Proven organizational skills and reliable follow-through on details and tasks
