Independent Contractor Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Independent Contractor Program, the remote Manager will recruit and onboard independent travel advisors, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance program offerings while focusing on premium and luxury leisure travel.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between independent advisors, internal teams, and supplier partners
- Establish program goals and monitor sales, profitability, recruitment, retention, and engagement
- Coordinate educational experiences and foster a community among independent travel advisors
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of leisure travel experience, with at least 3 years in an independent contractor program
- Strong understanding of leisure travel operations and the premium and luxury travel market
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing independent contractor relationships
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop strategic partnerships
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities and enhancing program offerings
