Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Indiana Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, provide clinical support, and coordinate treatment decisions in a largely remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program
- Provide individual support, including crisis intervention and referrals to other resources
- Document members' progress using the custom EMR and ensure compliance with admission requirements
Required qualifications
- Master's degree required
- Full licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC with willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity
- Minimum two years of experience in a substance use disorder setting
- High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile apps
- Ability to make objective clinical decisions reflecting the organization's harm reduction philosophy
